Abstract
At the present time innovations are one of the chief factors of economic development. Innovations are implied as long cycle from creation of concept to commercial realization and plantation. Different companies use innovation to one degree or another. The term «innovation» covers a wide range of relation in economic and production business fields. And so there are some difficulties to define innovation criteria.
